This video has showed me that proteins are made up of amino acids. The primary structure for proteins are the amino acid sequence. These acids are in a specific order and if are not in the right places will cause the protein to not function properly. Some common proteins include keratin. Keratin makes up your hair and nails. Special proteins are called enzymes and these can either build or destroy other macromolecules.
